Weight Loss Programs

My friend in college just bought a book entitled food smart which describes in detail how processed foods have contributed to our poor health and excess poundage. Being a big size girl, I introduced her to weight loss programs to help her stay in shape. I’m glad that she is health conscious now. Hopefully she will feel better and look healthier by exerting effort to shop and cook only fresh food like fruits, vegetables, fish, seafood and exercise for 30 minutes in most days to trim her weight down.
