Purple Pedicure
I had my pedicure this afternoon after I was off at work. I went to my favorite salon and had it polish with purple. My nails are too long so I instructed her to cut it short as usual as I’m used to short nails. My old nail polish was light blue and now I change it to dark purple. She paint it twice and the last coat was varnish, it look shiny and thick on my nails. I like my nail polish now, it’s trim and newly pedicured.
Water Bill Payment
I timed out early this afternoon and proceeded at triumph office to pay my dues. I didn’t stay long there as I thought of going to victoria plaza to pay our water bill. I was surprised as there were lots of payers and long lines but there were lots of teller serving so our service was fast. At least I don’t have to rush on the due time as I have paid it early today. I was quite hungry so I bought some food like piaya and peanuts to nibble while riding a jeepney going home.
Happy Weekend
It’s weekend again and we had 2 patients that had an appointment today. I’m glad that we had patients even though it’s not often to have patient this month of school days. I had my late lunch today as the other patient came late. Then I went to loading station for my smart credit and had some grocery for my food this weekend. I proceeded to triumph office to register another business that I was to earn more profit on this business and went home to relax by checking my mails and blogging. Hi Tech Pickpocketing
I’ve been a victim of hi tech pickpocketing several times of my life when I was still studying in college and working. One time when I was rushing to the bus my wallet was gone when I was inside the bus. The other circumstance that happened to me was when I was at work and there were two persons who were coming to our store pretended to be customers when they were gone my bag was stolen. All the important things on my bag were gone like credit card, company id, atm card including my money. It was disappointing as I need to get an affidavit of loss from the lawyer in order to replace a new card. Good thing my cards weren’t used by the thieves as they will be asked of identification card if they were really the recipient of the card. Anyway, those were the days when I wasn’t much attentive to my valuable things that I would never ever happen to me now.
Today’s Errands
It’s nearly end of the week, I still have errands that needs for accomplishment. I make it a point that it would be finished today as it was supposed to be submitted last monday. I first paid my loan payment at cooperative office and proceeded to accounting office. I submitted to the in-charged our certificate of creditable tax withheld at source for the year 2010 and first quarter of this year. This is to prove that we paid our withholding tax for our clinic rental. Then I thought of buying my shampoo at felcris and proceeded to internet cafe nearby to let it print the email letter of my sister that she sent me this week. The content of the letter was the authorization requesting for good standing certificate at PRC professional regulation commission office. Then I return to office for work. Thankfully, my long overdue errands has finally finished and accomplished.
Portable Speakers
I had bought my laptop last November when my old laptop’s mother board didn’t function anymore. I bought anti virus for my new laptop too for my internet security. I was surprised my brother bought portable speakers as his gift for me last Christmas. I thank him for this useful gift as I need speakers when talking to my sister abroad. The whole family could hear my sister’s voice talking on skype. We saved so much money on overseas call using internet and the best set of speakers when talking to her everyday.
Internet Connection Query
I have talked with my friend on yahoo last night regarding her son’s internet connection that was no longer functioned since last June 1. I was surprised because I have paid the bill every month since I was tasked to pay it monthly. I told my friend that I would inquire the globe office tomorrow so that I will know the status of their connection. This afternoon, I had my lunch early and went to NCCC mall where the globe office was renting. I inquired from them about the internet account of my friend. The in-charged said the account was active so that means there was no billing problem, all I thought they had a delinquent account. She gave me the contact number to call the globe technical support. Right then when I arrived to office, I called up the globe office in Manila, the in-charged said the subscriber should be the one to call since they knew what was happening on their internet connection whether the defects was on cable wire or on the modem. I hope the subscriber would call them soon so that they would be given technical assistance to troubleshoot and fix their globe wimax internet connection.
Maternity Clothing
My friend and her american husband has just back from their 2 months vacation in California USA together with her family last week. I saw her on the airport wearing maternity clothing so I thought she was pregnant. And yes she was very happy sharing good news that she was 6 weeks pregnant while enjoying her vacation. I was happy for her because she waited for so long to get pregnant and finally her wish came true. I just hope that she would deliver a healthy baby here in the Philippines regardless if her baby would be a boy or a girl.
I Got Flu
When I woke up this morning I was not feeling well, I felt like I had a flu and cough, my whole body was in pain. I ignored it and continue washing my brassieres and cleaning my laptop. I had a shower afterwards and had my late lunch when I felt sleepy so I had a nap for more than an hour. I felt I had soar throat when I was sleeping but I ignored it. When I woke up I had headache already. My sister gave me medicine to relieved the pain but it triggered as I was sneezing and had allergy. I went to bed early and hoping I would be fine tomorrow.
San Antonio Jobs
I was surprised when my old friend was messaging me on facebook. She was my friend during my high school years when I rented her aunt’s apartment. When I moved to the city for college, I didn’t have communication with her anymore as I heard she moved to Cebu city for good. Just recently, I learned that she was married to a retired american man and now they lived in San Antonio Texas. She told me about her life there, they always go to different places for a vacation but she was bored as she didn’t have work. I told her to look online for san antonio jobs closer to her place so that she could apply for work as its hard to just depend to her husband. It’s better to have a job of her own so that her husband couldn’t say anything about financial support to her parents back home. I hope she will be hired and would start a job soon.
