I just met my college friend the other week at our office after a decade that we haven’t met. She had regular check-up to her doctor for her diabetes condition. We had lengthy conversation about her life and so with my life. She had been married for 5 years with one daughter. I was asking about her current job and where she was connected now. To my surprised she was working in the other city doing home base job as online telemarketer. I was asking her if I could work home base job as I wanted to work during weekends at home as part time. She said that there are jobs that are available online. She introduced me to Webmaster Jobs because her husband was working on this position. I was interested to apply so I was asking her how to apply and how to submit my credentials online. I added her on yahoo messenger so I could keep in touch with her as I would ask her husband’s knowledge about this position. I was glad meeting her as I thought she could be of great help for I was seeking a part time job for a month now.
Condominium Tripping
Yesterday, I texted my boss that I will take a leave for half day because I will joined the condo tripping together with my classmates Rochelle and Mera. Rochelle is interested to get a condominium unit so I joined them because me and mera are agents of real estate. We started sight seeing condos at Magallanes, the location was very nice, very modern and overlooking the amenities. They offer units with appliances and furniture and they also offer units without it. You can choose 1 bedroom to 2 bedrooms. The price was very expensive but the place is located at the heart of the city. I really like the place because the construction design is similar to the Spanish condominium and built by consunji construction magnate. They are known as one of the filipino riches men in the Philippines. Then we went to Maa where there are condominium units that are still available. The price is affordable but the place location is not ideal for the settlers. Then we went to filinvest developer, another condominium units located at SM mall. The place is ideal too because its accessible to the malls and the city but the the condo units are small, the ceiling height is shorter, the floor is made of vinyl tiles and most of all their elevator is just enough for 3 persons. After tripping 3 condos, we decided to have lunch at roadhouse cafe in sm mall. Then we went again to Magallanes condominium again for the last view because my friend likes the place so much but the price is very expensive too. I had few pictures there as I like the place with complete appliances and furniture so I posed for a few pictures. My classmate Rochelle was still thinking if she would get a unit as the price was so expensive but its a good investment if she decide to get one because in the future the value of the unit would increased and it will double her investment.
POS System
I have a share in a successful beauty salon which prides itself on the quality of our service and our up to date treatments. However, this was not matched by the important things behind this service, like our appointment system, which was paper based. We therefore decided to upgrade to a POS system for fast transaction. After talking to a representative, we settled on a computer based system which now enables us to seamlessly make appointments, book stations and follow up customers. We feel we are now 100% professional and up to date and present ourselves well to our customers.
Presents From My Friend
I just got the presents of my friend from Singapore today through my cousin Janet. She had gone on a holiday there last week and just arrived home last thursday. I was expected to get it on the day of her arrival but then her mobile was off so I thought she doesn’t want to be disturbed. Then came the following day, still her mobile was off and saturday morning, I ring-up her mobile again hoping it was on already. To my surprised it was on, she texted to meet-up at the place where she stayed in at the moment. So I went to her place after lunch, she was waiting for me at the lobby, I was so excited to get it as I can’t wait to see my new mobile. I got a pair of chocolate schubar brand of light purple flat shoes, sambal chili sauce, 2 big bars of chocolates, pink spaghetti strap top, kotex brand of napkins, purple mac eye shadow and most of all my most awaited mobile samsung galaxy ace S5830. I’m so thankful and blessed for the surprised gifts that I got from her. She’s such a nice friend that I would treasure all my life. I really appreciate her generosity and being a true friend to me. 
Kinect Xbox
Despite the busy schedule of my sister at school but still she managed to spend time with her daughter by playing with kinect xbox that I gave them last month. She really find time in her busy schedules being a teacher to spare an hour or two to be with her daughter playing games at the same time her routine of exercising. They both interested on this game as its fun and exciting playing this game. I could see that my gift was worth it as they enjoyed fond moments together with this game.
Overseas Call
My friend Arlene called me this morning telling me that she already bought my samsung galaxy ace s5830 yesterday. She also sent me chocolates, a pair of shoes, spaghetti strap blouse, mac eye shadow and chili sauce through my cousin Janet. My friend was the one touring Janet in singapore and shopping around the mall. She treated my friend for dinner afterwards. They had spent time together chatting and taking pictures around the place. My cousin is expected to arrive tomorrow but she will drop to manila and stay there for a day and she would be expected to arrive on friday. I hope my presents from my friend would be sent on the day she will arrive as I am excited and can’t wait to receive it.
RV Insurance Quote
My brother has been saving money for the past 6 months in preparation for the payment of his rv insurance. His agent was reminding him of his insurance to expire soon. He had already been given an rv insurance quote so that he could secure for the amount of the insurance to be paid ahead of time. I like him for being responsible when it comes to his rv needs from maintenance, repair and to insurance he’s always ready as he loves his rv so much.
Happy Trip
Today is the flight of my cousin going to Singapore. She will spend a holiday together with her boyfriend who is working there. I requested her to bring some goodies for my friend Arlene because she was longing to taste filipino delicacies so I bought her some of her favorite foods. They will expect to meet on tuesday as its my friend’s day off at work and its time for them to bond each other. I hope my cousin’s flight would be safe and she will passed the immigration entry without problem as they are very strict on giving a visa nowadays.
Presents For My Friend
My cousin Janet will have a 5 days holiday to Singapore tomorrow so I was shopping for my presents to my good friend in who is working there. She misses the food delicacies in the Philippines so I bought her favorite foods that she like. I bought durian tart, durian candies, durian yema, durian twirl candies, spicy pork chicharon, spicy corn chips, chippy chips, 3 cans of corn beef, 1 can of beef loaf, a box of pinipig polvoron and dried mango. My friend will get my presents for her on tuesday as this would be her day off at work to meet my cousin. I’m sure my friend would love my presents as she misses her favorite food so much.
